Subprocessors

Skytells operates the service and may engage vetted third parties to perform limited functions on our behalf. The providers involved in a request depend on the enabled features, selected models, connected services, and deployment configuration. They may process only the data needed to perform their service for us.

• Hosting, databases, authentication, and infrastructure providers that operate the service and protect account data.
• Object-storage providers that store uploaded files and generated assets.
• Payment providers that process subscriptions, invoices, and payment-method information.
• AI, media-generation, search, and model-routing providers selected to fulfill a request.
• Product analytics, error monitoring, and customer-support providers used to maintain and improve the service.
• Connected services that an account holder expressly authorizes, such as email, calendar, or other integrations.

We assess providers for the services they perform and require them to protect applicable personal data through contractual, technical, and organizational safeguards. Processing locations and transfer mechanisms may vary by provider and selected service.

We may add, replace, or remove providers as the service changes. For organizations subject to our Data Processing Addendum, material changes are governed by the notification and objection terms in the applicable agreement.
