GDPR and European privacy rights

Skytells, Inc. operates Relam. We generally act as the controller for account, billing, support, and product-usage information. In business arrangements covered by our Data Processing Addendum, we process customer-provided personal data on behalf of an organization as a processor.

Relam applies server-side governance to identity, permissions, memory, connected tools, sharing, and model routing. AI requests are handled through that controlled environment before provider processing occurs.

Skytells-native model requests are processed on Skytells private network infrastructure and are not exposed to the public internet for model processing from the moment Skytells receives the inference content. Third-party model requests are routed through enterprise deployments operated by leading cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service, subject to our agreements and applicable provider terms.

• Contract, when processing is needed to provide the service.
• Legitimate interests, such as security, abuse prevention, and product improvement.
• Consent, where applicable and requested.
• Legal obligation, when law requires processing or retention.

Subject to applicable law, you may request:

• Access to and a copy of your personal data.
• Correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Restriction of or objection to certain processing.
• Portability of data you provided to us.
• Withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier processing.

Providers supporting the service may process data outside your home country. Enterprise AI deployments, hosting, storage, and support subprocessors may be located in multiple regions depending on account configuration and the feature used. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards designed to protect personal data.

The service uses automated systems to generate content and perform requested tasks. We do not use those features to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
