Our role
We generally act as the controller for account, billing, support, and product-usage information. In some business arrangements we may process customer-provided data on behalf of an organization.
Legal bases
- Contract, when processing is needed to provide the service.
- Legitimate interests, such as security and product improvement.
- Consent, where applicable and requested.
- Legal obligation, when law requires processing or retention.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request:
- Access to and a copy of your personal data.
- Correction or deletion of your personal data.
- Restriction of or objection to certain processing.
- Portability of data you provided to us.
- Withdrawal of consent without affecting earlier processing.
International transfers
Providers supporting the service may process data outside your home country. Where required, we use recognized transfer mechanisms and contractual safeguards designed to protect personal data.
Automated processing
The service uses automated systems to generate content and perform requested tasks. We do not use those features to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
Exercise your rights
Send a request to support@relam.ai. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
