Scope
This notice applies to personal information collected from California residents under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
Information we collect
During the preceding 12 months, we may have collected identifiers and account details; commercial and billing information; internet or network activity; device and browser information; approximate location derived from IP address; and content you submit, generate, upload, or share through the service.
How we use and disclose information
We use personal information to provide, secure, maintain, improve, and support the service; process payments; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with legal obligations. We may disclose information to service providers that perform these functions for us, including hosting, authentication, payments, analytics, storage, search, and AI processing.
Sale and sharing
We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under California law. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of people under 16 years old.
Your California rights
Subject to applicable exceptions, you may request to know, access, correct, delete, or receive a portable copy of your personal information. You may also limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where California law provides that right. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
