How it works

Same question.
Very different trust model.

Public chatbots optimize for speed and scale. Relam optimizes for governed access—so powerful models fit inside how your organization already handles data.

Data processing terms

Your request hits Relam first

  • Identity, plan, and project permissions checked on the server
  • Third-party models via enterprise-governed deployments
  • Private networking for Relam-native models

You stay in control

  • Memory, connections, and sharing are explicit choices
  • Revoke shared links; scoped tool access with approval
  • Documented subprocessors and data processing terms
The important difference

Not the same API
everyone else plugs into.

Many tools paste your work into a vendor's public commercial API. Relam runs on Skytells's private infrastructure—an internal network, not the public internet. Skytells's exclusive models run there, so Relam can reach them internally. When a partner model is needed, it connects through an enterprise-governed pipeline on the same network—as a listed subprocessor, named publicly, contracted under our data terms, and limited to what your authorized request requires.

You ask inside Relam

Your question stays inside your workspace until Relam decides what may happen next.

Step 1 · The difference

Others replay your chat. Relam remembers you.

Most apps paste old messages into the next prompt and call that personalization. Relam builds continuity around who you are—goals, tone, and context that carry forward without re-reading every thread.

How personalization works

Tap a side to see how each approach works.

Old chats get pasted in

  • Tuesday · “Can you shorten this?”
  • Wednesday · “Use a formal tone.”
  • Friday · “What about pricing?”

The app hopes the right snippets fit in the prompt. Miss a thread and it forgets you.

Your data is not for sale.

We do not sell personal information. Your work belongs in your workflow, not a data marketplace.

Governed AI.

Enterprise-governed model deployments and server-side access checks put boundaries around powerful capabilities.

Controls that are yours.

Manage memory, choose connections, and decide when to share your work.

01 / GOVERNED BY DESIGN

Powerful models.
Thoughtful boundaries.

Relam serves third-party models through enterprise-governed deployments. Model access and tool execution pass through server-side checks, rather than relying on what a browser says a user can do.

When your request needs an AI provider, relevant prompts, files, or conversation context may be processed by that provider. Its handling of the data is governed by the applicable agreements and terms. Enterprise governance does not mean your data never leaves Relam.

  1. Your requestThe question, files, and context needed for the work you ask Relam to do.
  2. Relam access checksIdentity, ownership, permissions, and applicable plan access are checked on the server.
  3. Authorized processingRelevant information reaches the models and connected services needed to fulfil the request.
02 / WHAT THAT MEANS FOR YOU

Private lanes.
Not a shared storefront.

Use the interactive diagram above to compare paths. In plain terms: Relam-native models never need the public internet to answer you. Partner models still run through Relam's governed deployments— wired into the same infrastructure pipelines as the rest of the product—not the commercial API product sold to the general public.

That is how we offer leading models while keeping a story your security and legal teams can follow. Personalization still works: preferences and saved context carry forward per account, with controls to review and remove what Relam remembers.

About Relam
03 / YOUR WORKSPACE, YOUR BOUNDARIES

Sharing should
be a decision.

Your account and project permissions determine who can access your work. Private files use controlled storage and signed access, rather than permanent public file URLs.

  • Invite collaborators deliberately and manage project access.
  • Create a conversation snapshot when you choose to share.
  • Revoke a shared conversation link when it no longer belongs out there.
  • Review website access and browser actions before granting permission.

People you share with may save their own copies. Revoking a link stops future access through that link; it cannot recall copies already made.

04 / PERSONAL, ON YOUR TERMS

Remember what helps.
Keep you in control.

Memory can make the next conversation more useful. You can manage whether it is enabled, review saved memories, and edit or remove them. Automatic memory extraction requires your consent and an eligible plan.

Connections are a choice, too. Supported integrations use account-bound access, and write actions require approval for the specific account and inputs. You can manage the tools available to your assistant.

05 / CLARITY IS PART OF PRIVACY

No vague promises.
Know what is handled.

Privacy first does not mean zero data processing. Relam handles account information, content you submit, billing records, support communications, and technical or usage information to operate, secure, and maintain the service.

Information is retained as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can promise absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. Our policies explain those rights and how to contact us.
