Acceptable Use Policy

This policy explains the uses of Relam that are not permitted.

Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Use. It applies to every account, workspace, integration, prompt, upload, output, and other use of the service.

Respect people and rights

You may not use the service to:

  • Violate law or another person's privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, contractual, or other legal rights.
  • Harass, threaten, exploit, defraud, impersonate, or deceive a person or organization.
  • Create or distribute content involving the sexual exploitation of minors or other unlawful sexual content.
  • Generate targeted political persuasion, fraudulent identity materials, or content intended to mislead people about a real person, event, or source.

Protect systems and the service

You may not:

  • Introduce malware, destructive code, prompt-injection payloads, or content intended to compromise systems, accounts, models, or users.
  • Circumvent authentication, security controls, rate limits, quotas, payment systems, or feature restrictions.
  • Probe, scan, test, interfere with, or disrupt the service or a connected provider without written authorization.
  • Scrape, harvest, mirror, or systematically collect service output except through authorized interfaces and within their stated limits.

Use AI responsibly

You must review generated output before relying on or distributing it. Do not use the service as the sole basis for decisions about a person's employment, housing, credit, insurance, healthcare, education, legal rights, or access to essential services.

You may not use the service to extract, distill, benchmark for competitive publication, reproduce, or train another model using the service, its outputs, prompts, models, or non-public systems without our prior written permission.

Enforcement and reporting

We may investigate suspected violations and restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to protect people, the service, or our providers, or to comply with law. Report suspected misuse to support@relam.ai.
