Yes. Select supported images, PDFs, or notes and open a conversation with that context. Review the attachments and write your question; opening the conversation does not send a prompt automatically.

No. Creating a public link is a separate, explicit action. A link grants access to that file, not to other items in your Library. You can revoke the link to stop future access; copies already downloaded cannot be recalled.

Library organizes saved materials across your work. Projects bring conversations, instructions, files, and collaborators together around a particular initiative.

Yes. Library supports mobile browsing and previews. Some editing tools are available only in the desktop viewer; available actions also depend on the file type and your plan.
